What we collect
When you send a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, the suburb or ZIP code of the job, the service you need, any scheduling or access notes you give us, your message, and any photos you attach. We also record the date of the request and the IP address it came from so we can deal with spam.
We do not ask for payment details on this website and we do not collect them.
Why we collect it
We use your details to price your job, reply to you, arrange the visit and keep a record of the work. Photos are used to estimate the size of the job. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to anyone outside the business.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and photos are kept while we are dealing with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. If you would like your details removed sooner, email us and we will delete them.
Where your details are stored
Requests are stored on the server that hosts this website. Photo uploads are stored outside the public area of the site, so they cannot be opened by anyone browsing the web.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookie needed to keep your form session secure while you fill it in. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Photos of completed work
We ask before using photos of a job in our gallery or on social media. If you would prefer your property never appears, tell us and we will not photograph it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email trashybroz1@gmail.com and we will handle it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
